Single Class Drop-Ins

Single Class drop-ins are non-refundable & non-transferable. Class credits are offered for no-shows. Class credits expire fourteen (14) days after the original drop-in class date. To use this credit, email us or check-in with the front desk beforehand.

 

*Class credits can only be used for drop-ins, Community Classes & Trial Classes.*

 

*Class credits cannot be refunded for cash value and are non-transferable.*

 

 

Class Cards

Class cards are non-refundable & non-transferable. Blue & Student class cards expire 60 days after purchase. Gold class cards expire 90 days from purchase. Class card expiry dates cannot be extended. 

 

*Class cards can only be used for drop-ins, Community Classes & Trial Classes.*

 

 

Programs

Programs are non-refundable & non-transferable.

 

If you missed one (1) session in the program, you are able to take the next following Trial class OR any other drop-in, Trial class or Community class within 14 days after the last program session for FREE. To use this credit, email us or check-in with the front desk beforehand.

 

If you registered for a program and are unable to attend, email us and a program credit will be offered. Program credits expire on the following program start date. 

 

*Program credits must be claimed before the current program start date.*

 

 

Workshops

Workshops are non-refundable, but are transferable. If you would like to transfer your Workshop pass to another person, please email us their name and confirmation that you are transferring your Workshop pass to them. 

 

Workshop credits are not offered for no-shows.
